MARK CLAYDEN
Mark has been involved in basketball for the past 25 years. Mark started as a player, playing at the State Senior Level for 10 years in both WA and SA. Mark moved quickly into the coaching arena, coaching across multiple age groups, including Senior teams. Mark firmly believes that for a player to achieve their full potential there must be a focus on developing the wholeperson and not just the basketball player.

Carlin Hughes
Carlin has represented Western Australia as a player and coach over the past 20 years. His journey in basketball has taken him from the Rockingham Flames to the Centre of Excellence, to College Basketball with opportunities to represent Australia at the junior level. His passion is seeing athletes being successful and assisting them in achieving their goals on the basketball court.

Russell Hann
Russ has been involved with Cockburn Basketball for 30 years both as a player and now NBL1 Women’s Head Coach. Russ has had an exceptional 5 years within basketball from winning State Titles, WABL Championships to being involved with the Under 18 Girls State Program. Russ aims to assist athletes reach their potential through elite training standards, hard work and a level of enjoyment with a focus on processing over outcome goals.

Darren Smith
Darren has been involved with Cockburn Basketball for the past 20 years as a player and more so as a coach at WABL and NBL1 level. Darren has represented Western Australia as an Assistant Coach and as a Head Coach of the Under 15 SCC Girls team. Darren believes in leveraging technology to provide instant feedback and insights, empowering players to refine their game and achieve their goals.

Rob Wise
Rob played both his junior and senior State League basketball at the South Adelaide club. A Level 2-qualified coach, Rob has over 40 years of experience working mainly with female athletes in Junior Division 1 teams and with women's teams at State League level across SA, ACT, NSW and Vic. Rob is the current Lead Coach of the Under 18 Girls Cockburn Cougars. Rob's training approach utilises small groups with focus on skill development and form refinement.

DAVE HARTNETT
Dave has extensive coaching and playing experience across various levels of basketball Dave has been able to transfer his talented play at the NBL1 level across a 10 year career to coaching junior male athletes at WABL and PSA.
